Will my print be framed?

Unless it’s on canvas we only sell the prints. ( I leave framing up to you, because you know just the right spot the image is going to go in your home ) You can request the images be mounted to half inch gator board which would be at an additional cost.

How Much Does The Shipping Cost?

The Shipping Price is calculated based on the weight coefficient of each item.

Can you ship to Canada/international/APO/FPO Addresses?

Yes, Additional Charges may apply. Items will be shipped via UPS Priority International or FedEx, Per Request.

When will I receive my order?

We do our best to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. In general, most orders are processed and shipped in a 7 to 10 business days. That said some larger orders take longer. Canvas orders can take longer depending on the size of the image.

What is your policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase due to quality issues, you can return it and we will provide a refund minus 15% for handling. We will request you repackage the image in the box it came with and please return it. We can provide you with a return label.

Can I cancel My Order?

Unless your order has already gone into production you can cancel it. Please contact us at markboughton1@mac.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

How Long Does It Take To Process A Refund?

Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
